eav®, eavRPM®, and ATP® Support
When you purchase an active support contract with ATERAS you have access to the support site from the product itself. Within the eav software click the support link on the Help menu, otherwise, you can logon to the ATERAS® Service Desk from here. eav, eavRPM, and ATP also contain full help systems with explanations of every page and feature within the software.
Each modernization, migration, or conversion project entrusted to ATERAS is provided with a dedicated project manager that remains the primary contact point from start to successful completion of the project. Each client is provided with multiple contact options for their project manager, as well as access to collaboration tools as appropriate to the project. ATERAS prides itself on using tools such as Microsoft's SharePoint to allow our team members to support your project to the best of their abilities.
